About 700 people watched Seven at the National Music Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine 26 March 2015. The reading in Kyiv will be followed by a number of smaller readings, where and when is to be announced.

The reading received wide media coverage. Is was for example covered in an article in Ukrainian Vogue.
In connection to the reading, national help lines for women subjected to domestic violence were promoted as well as the importance of Ukraine ratifying the Istanbul convention on women’s rights.
The reading of Seven in Ukraine is a cooperation between Seven on Tour, the Embassy of Sweden in Ukraine and our local partner Ukrainian Womens Fund. The Swedish minister for Culture and Democracy, Alice Bah Kuhnke attended the event, you can read more about that on the embassy site here.
